Police arrests a lady after attempting to steal Underwear at Kejetia.

A lady was arrested today, around 11:30 AM after she attempted to steal Underwear from a certain shop at Kumasi Kejetia in the Ashanti Region.

In a circulating video on social media, a number of Policemen handcuffed a lady in a red shirt and she was taken away.
The identity of the lady is not known as it stands now.

According to the trending video, some of the shopkeepers around were ready to beat the lady for trying to steal from the fellow but due to timely intervention by the police, everything is under control now. As the Police were moving with her, some of the market women were just hooting at the lady and others were just staring at her.

This is the second time a lady has been arrested in the Kumasi Metropolis in the last 7 days. What might be the problem? What can force a lady to put up this shameful act in broad daylight?
